Benjamin Tombs

Benjamin Tombs currently serves as the Interim Continuous Improvement Manager at New England Seafood, beginning in November 2023. With a longstanding career at Youngs Seafood (Findus Group) since January 2009, Benjamin holds multiple roles including Change Agent, where expertise in Six Sigma and lean manufacturing is applied to enhance factory continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, Benjamin has experience as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing production lines and personnel management, as well as performing audits and accident investigations. Benjamin's educational background includes studies at Grimsby Institute in 2016 and 1996-1998, along with attendance at Western Comprehensive Grimsby from 1992 to 1996.
