Li Chen

Li Chen is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in machinery design and development, currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Designer at NEW ERA Converting Machinery, Inc. since March 2015. Prior to this role, Li held various positions at Davis-Standard, including Senior Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the design of converting machinery components such as winders, surface winders, and film processing assemblies. Additionally, Li has consulted for multiple industries and contributed to research and teaching at the University of Central Florida. An educational background includes a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
