Kathy Wright is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at New Era Life Insurance Company since April 2017, Kathy previously worked at Texas Children's Hospital from 2003 to 2013, where responsibilities included managing patient check-ins and coordinating appointment changes. Prior experience includes a 20-year tenure at Williams/Transco Energy Company, where Kathy began in Revenue Accounting and ultimately advanced to the role of Traffic and Production Coordinator within the Communications and Graphics Department, demonstrating a strong record of promotion and professional growth. Kathy holds educational credentials from Columbia College, attended between 1974 and 1976.
