Caitlin Kent

Caitlin Kent has extensive experience in the animal sciences and food safety sectors, currently serving as the Service Manager at New Fashion Pork, Inc. since January 2018. Prior roles include a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management Trainee at Triumph Foods LLC, where Caitlin focused on USDA Regulatory Requirements and internal audits, and a Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University, providing support in sheep systems management. Additional experience includes work as a Sheep Livestock Technician, conducting research on lamb production, and various internships in swine production and food safety, during which Caitlin implemented process improvements and ensured animal welfare. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences from Iowa State University.
