Christopher Pope

Christopher Pope is an experienced housing professional currently serving as Service Manager for Housing Options Support Rents and Private Sector Housing at New Forest District Council since July 2023. Previously, Christopher held the role of Income Recovery Manager at VIVID from May 2022 to July 2023 and worked at Winchester City Council in various capacities, including Income Services Manager and Area Housing Manager, from June 2010 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Housing Manager at Guildford Borough Council and as Area Manager at Anchor Trust, where leadership and team management were key responsibilities. Christopher holds multiple qualifications in housing and management, including a Housing BA Hons and a Professional Diploma in Housing from Solent University, as well as a Level 5 Management qualification from Croft Management Centre.
