Adam Swan Mih

Adam Swan MIH possesses extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager at New Forest Collection since April 2024. Adam has been the Director of Swan Cellars and Hotel Director at Mountain Lodge SA since February and April 2018, respectively. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Luxury Family Hotels from March 2014 to June 2023, General Manager at La Vue France for a brief period in 2019, and Resort Manager at Scott Dunn from November 2017 to April 2018. Adam began the career as Food and Beverage Manager at CLARICE HOUSE (BURY ST EDMUNDS) LIMITED from June 2013 to March 2015. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Exeter, completed in 2013.
