Swapnil Uprety

Swapnil Uprety is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Kitchen Supervisor at Alterra Mountain Company since May 2023 and also working as a Line Cook at Burger Rebellion since November 2021. A strong foundation in the hospitality industry includes previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist and Night Auditor at Lagoona Beach Resort, where Swapnil Uprety enforced service standards and managed customer interactions. Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Lambton College, Swapnil Uprety also holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Tribhuvan University in Nepal, completed in October 2020.
