Sarah Culham

Sarah Culham has extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving as an Assistant Company Secretary - Contractor at New Forests since August 2021, having previously held the Assistant Company Secretary role at the same company from April 2018 to April 2021. Prior to this, Sarah worked as Company Secretary and Generalist Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse from March 1998 to March 2017 and as a Product Controller at Merrill Lynch from January 1994 to May 1997. Early career experience includes contract and temporary accounting roles and auditing at KPMG. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Finsia, and has completed a Professional Year with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
