Virginia Tiernan

Virginia Tiernan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Virginia currently serves as Chief of Staff at New Form Capital since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Analyst at Blackstone in 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Virginia held the roles of Co President at Harvard Ventures and Staff Writer at The Harvard Crimson. Virginia also served as an Intern at The Carlyle Group in 2021. Virginia's other work experience includes being an Analyst at Harvard Financial Analysts Club from 2018 to 2020, participating in the Venture Incubation Program at Harvard Innovation Labs from 2019 to 2020, and interning at the Office of the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives in 2018.
