Bruno Mendonça

Bruno Mendonça has a diverse background in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management. Bruno currently holds the position of Head of Sourcing at New Fortress Energy, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Supply Planning Manager at the same company from January to July 2022. Before joining New Fortress Energy, they worked at ENGIE from 2020 to 2022, where they held various roles including O&M Contract and Supplier Leader and Supply Chain Leader at TAG - Transportadora Associada de Gas. Bruno was responsible for setting up and leading the supply chain organization, including logistics, sourcing, supplier and contract management, performance management, and materials management. From 2012 to 2020, Bruno worked at Schlumberger, where they held several roles such as Procurement & Sourcing Manager, Chemicals and Logistics Category Manager for Latin America South, Global Sourcing Process and Continuous Improvement Manager, Global Logistics Sourcing Leader, South America Sourcing Specialist, Sourcing Specialist Brazil for Logistics, and Procurement Specialist. Bruno was responsible for strategic sourcing, process efficiency and improvement, logistics and chemicals projects, and supplier management. Prior to Schlumberger, Bruno worked at Lojas Americanas S.A. as a Procurement Trainee and at Luft Transports as a Branch Coordinator and Admin/Financial Coordinator. In their role at Luft Transports, they were responsible for managing operations, profitability, team management, and fleet planning. Overall, Bruno has a strong background in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, and operations.

Bruno Mendonça's education history includes several academic experiences. In 2005-2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Ibmec. Then, in 2012, they studied Supply Chain Management at ILOS - Instituto de Logística e Supply Chain. In 2018, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to focus on Supply Chain. In 2019-2020, they furthered their expertise in Strategic Management, with a specific focus on Oil, Gas, and Renewable Energies, at Fundação Dom Cabral.
