Gordon Niebylski

Gordon Niebylski's work experience includes serving as the Chief Procurement Officer (Managing Director - Head of Procurement) at New Fortress Energy. Prior to this, they held various roles at Phillips 66, such as Manager, Services Category Management (equivalent to Managing Director), BU Procurement Manager for Sweeny Refinery and Gulf Coast Midstream Region, and BU Procurement Manager for San Francisco Refinery. Niebylski also worked at Shell Exploration & Production Company, where they served as Senior Contracts Manager for Pre-DG3 Deepwater Projects, Procurement Manager for Turnarounds and Projects, Procurement Lead for Turnarounds, Procurement Lead for Services, and Planning & Performance Analyst. Gordon also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Shell Learning & Development.

Gordon Niebylski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2005. Gordon then pursued a Master's degree in College of Social Science with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations at Michigan State University from 2005 to 2007. In 2012, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2014. Additionally, they hold a certification in CPSM from ISM.
