Carlos's career began as an IT Computer Analyst at Lockheed Martin Information Technology @ JPL-NASA, providing support across JPL departments. Additional experience includes working as an Information Technology Specialist at Sapphos Environmental, Inc. Carlos earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Long Beach and holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
