Jody Roussy

Jody Roussy has extensive experience in mill operations and process plant supervision across multiple mining companies. Currently, Jody serves as the Mill Operations Superintendent at New Gold Inc. since July 2020, after holding the position of Process Plant Operations Supervisor. Prior roles include Process Plant Supervisor at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited from April 2018 to July 2020 and a similar position at Detour Gold Corporation from October 2012 to April 2018, where Jody also worked as a Control Room Operator and Elutions Operator. Jody began the career at Agrium in June 2004, where responsibilities included Operations Supervisor and Mill Operator.
