Meghan Bayer

Meghan Bayer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and right of way operations. Currently serving as the Right of Way Manager for Tierra Right of Way Services in New Mexico since July 2015, Meghan previously held the position of Project Manager at the same company. Prior roles include Federal Grants Administrator for the New Mexico State Government and Project Manager for Santa Fe County. Additionally, Meghan was the Assistant Director of the New Mexico Mainstreet Program. Educationally, Meghan holds a Master's in Community and Regional Planning and a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation and Regionalism from The University of New Mexico, alongside a Bachelor's degree in French Studies from the University of Minnesota.
