Sara Morey C.e.t.

Sara Morey, C.E.T. has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Sara is currently working as a Capital Projects Project Coordinator at New Gold Inc., a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Sara worked at STRABAG as a Quality Manager from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing quality monitoring and inspection on projects. Sara also worked at Black & Veatch as a Resident Construction Inspector from 2019 to 2021, ensuring quality procedures and plans were followed. Sara's experience also includes working as a Construction Inspector for the City of San Antonio from 2017 to 2019, and as a Quality Manager and Civil Quality Control Inspector at Pacer Construction Corporation from 2011 to 2017.

Sara Morey, C.E.T. attended the College of the North Atlantic from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. In August 2013, they received certifications as a Certified Engineering Technologist from both the Association of Engineering Technicians and Technologists of Newfoundland & Labrador Inc., as well as the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta.
