Barbara Couch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as a board member for the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation since 2017, Barbara also holds positions on the Board of Overseers for both the Hopkins Center for Arts and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, in addition to being a member of the Board of Trustees at Dartmouth-Hitchcock since 2010. Previously, Barbara was the President of the Hypertherm HOPE Foundation and held executive roles in Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resources at Hypertherm, Inc. from 1986 to 2021. Barbara's leadership experience extends to New Hampshire Public Radio, where Barbara served as Chair from 2007 to 2014. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Bradley University and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University.
