Andrew Dorsett

Andrew Dorsett has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andrew is currently serving as the Housing Finance Director at the New Hampshire Department of Business & Economic Affairs since June 2022. Before that, in December 2021, they founded their own consulting firm, Dorsett Consulting Associates, where they hold the position of Principal Owner. Prior to that, from February 2021 to December 2021, they worked as the County Administrator for GRAFTON COUNTY. From August 2015 to February 2021, they served as the Town Manager for the Town of Littleton, NH. Andrew also gained experience working as a Board of Selectmen for the Town of Groton from March 2015 to March 2017 and as an Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Barre, VT from January 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, they held positions as a Town Administrator for the Town of Warren, NH from June 2010 to October 2014, and as a Merchandiser at Ackerman Beardsley Bennett from March 2008 to March 2010. Andrew also had a role as a Sales Manager at Copeland Furniture in 2008. Lastly, they were a member of the Vermont Community Development Board from 2008 to 2011 while working for the State of Vermont.

Andrew Dorsett completed their education in a chronological order. Andrew first attended the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a focus on History. Following this, from 1999 to 2002, they enrolled at Plymouth State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Lastly, from 2003 to 2006, Andrew pursued a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) at the University of New Hampshire.
