Tamara Richardson, SHRM-CP, is currently the VP, HR Diversity & Inclusion Officer at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp. Prior to this, Tamara held the position of VP & HR Officer at Savings Bank of Walpole for over two decades. Tamara also has experience working as a Weather Observer and Personnel Specialist in the United States Air Force. Tamara completed an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from the Community College of Vermont.
