Mark Mullaney

Mark Mullaney is a seasoned criminal defense attorney currently serving at the New Hampshire Public Defender since September 2019, where responsibilities include defending indigent clients in state courts through various stages of litigation. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a staff attorney at Brooklyn Defender Services and gained valuable experience as a law graduate, both representing indigent clients accused of crimes. Mark's legal journey began with a degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where involvement included a position as a student attorney at the Georgetown Criminal Defense and Prisoner Advocacy Clinic, and previous law clerk roles at various organizations, including the Public Defender Service and the U.S. Department of Justice. Mark holds a B.A. in Political Science and Hispanic Studies from Macalester College.
