Courtney Kusse Parker

Courtney Kusse Parker has extensive experience in public service and animal control, currently serving as Personal Property Tax Supervisor and previously as Fiscal Specialist for New Hanover County since September 2014. Prior roles include Animal Control Officer with New Hanover County Animal Services from January 2013 to September 2014 and Administrative Support Technician and Veterinary Technician for New Hanover County Animal Control Services from August 2005 to August 2013. Earlier in the career, Courtney Kusse Parker worked as Regional Training Coordinator at HOA from January 1995 to September 2005. Currently, Courtney Kusse Parker is pursuing a Pre-Psychology degree at Cape Fear Community College, having previously attended Aquinas Institute in Rochester, NY, from 1988 to 1992.
