Justin Yarmark has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin started their career as an Alpine Ski Coach at Rowmark Ski Academy and later transitioned into the business world. Justin co-founded and served as a Managing Partner at RPA Partners, where they focused on providing operational and technological solutions to companies. Justin also worked at LiveOutLoud, Inc, where they managed sales, business development, and joint ventures.
Continuing their career, Justin served as a Sales Executive at Annuity Systems, Inc, where they helped technology companies increase revenue from service contracts. Justin then gained experience as a Sales Executive at ISS 24/7, where they worked on incident management and fan text messaging systems in sports arenas and entertainment venues.
Justin's expertise in the senior living industry is evident in their roles as CEO & Managing Partner at New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care, and as Chief Executive Officer and President at Enriched Senior Living, LLC. In these positions, they focused on financial planning, analysis, and oversaw compliance with banks and investors.
Most recently, Justin Yarmark took on the role of COO & Managing Partner at Alive Medical. Overall, their work experience highlights their leadership abilities and expertise in financial management, senior housing, technology, and business development.
Justin Yarmark obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Williams College, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. In 2015, they also completed the Lead & Transform Senior Living Program at USC Davis School of Gerontology, furthering their education in Gerontology and Business School.

New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care is providing care for those who can no longer stay at home. With over 18 years of assisted living experience, we are proud to bring our “home-like” model to our future residents. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furnishings and personal items to make their rooms feel as homelike as possible. Our centrally-located kitchen allows the smells of home cooking to permeate throughout the house, enticing residents out of their rooms to enjoy delicious meals and the companionship of others. Our cozy physical design allows residents to enjoy the kitchen, dining, and living room only a few steps from their private apartment. We eliminated long halls and hidden corridors so our residents won’t lose their way. With activities are at their doorstep, and caregivers close at hand, depression and insecurity are minimized by our home-like atmosphere where friendship and caring are optimized. At New Haven Assisted Living and Memory care, we have a Certified Alzheimer’s home with 16 private apartments on the same campus as our assisted living community. We provide supportive care for our residents with Alzheimer’s or forms of dementia. New Haven helps residents engage life through knowledge given by family and friends. Knowing who the resident was, allows our caregivers to relate and be in the moment with our residents. Supporting our residents in their moments of time has given them the livelihood to succeed and thrive. In our home like setting residents with memory decline feel comfortable and safe in an environment that feels warm and caring.
