Kristen Pignatelli

Kristen Pignatelli has work experience as a Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement at New Hope Community, Inc., starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Coordinator of Corporate Compliance and Quality Improvement at the same company from February 2018 to November 2020. Before joining New Hope Community, Inc., they worked as a Coordinator of Quality Assurance and Staff Development at Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County from June 2016 to February 2018.

Kristen Pignatelli holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Trainer and Interviewer from CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership in June 2017, and as a Level One Certified Investigator from LABOR RELATIONS ALTERNATIVES, INC. in October 2016.
