Jennifer Ann Ganzo Pilapil

Jennifer Ann Ganzo Pilapil has over twenty years of professional experience in various roles. Jennifer Ann Ganzo began their career in 1998 as a Program Manager at Richard Heath and Associates, Inc. (RHA). In 2001, they moved to the City of Pasadena to work as the Public Health Deputy Director. In 2007, they were hired by The Walt Disney Company as a Financial Analyst, where they prepared end of fiscal year financial and workforce reports for executive management meetings. In 2009, they worked as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden, where they prepared and presented reports for various public and non-profit agencies. In 2013, they became the Director of Operations at the Center for Oral Health, where they procured over $13 million dollars in grants for the non-profit agency. In 2016, they were hired by Global Urban Strategies, Incorporated as the Principal Managing Partner, where they developed policy briefs, grants, and social marketing campaigns using infographics, animation, and video production. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Corporate Sales Operations at New Horizons.

Jennifer Ann Ganzo Pilapil has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from UC Irvine, with minors in History and Asian American Studies. Jennifer Ann Ganzo has also obtained several certifications, including a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from New Horizons in July 2022, Effective Leadership through Coaching from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in July 2022, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from New Horizons in May 2022, a SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC) from New Horizons in November 2021, a Certificate of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Rio Hondo College, an Amateur Radio Operator Technician License from the Federal Communications Commission, a California Disaster Service Worker Volunteer from California Volunteers, Office of the Governor, a Microsoft Access certification from Rio Hondo College, and a Python certification from Rio Hondo College.
