Nkem Njoku, CAPM has five years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Lead Instructor at New Horizons and as a Web Support Engineer at Rooah, LLC. In 2019, they were a Finance Staff at Crest-Agro Products Ltd. In 2016, they were an Intern at nHub, where they learnt HTML, CSS, PHP in web development, participated in seminars and workshops aimed at building startups and innovations, and proposed and designed a web application (Clean Op) used for sanitation practices in local areas. In 2014, they were an Administrative Secretary at the Nigerian Institute of Architects.

Nkem Njoku obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Jos in 2018. In December 2022, Nkem Njoku became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
