Elmer Tirado

Elmer Tirado is an experienced Agile Leader and corporate trainer with a demonstrated history of working in various sectors, including banking, education, and technology. Currently serving at Banco de Crédito BCP, Elmer is responsible for leading agile teams and implementing technological roadmaps, focusing on digital channels and product ownership. With a strong background in agile methodologies, Elmer has held leadership positions in different companies, training teams in frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban while overseeing project management offices. Elmer holds degrees in Systems Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and certifications in Agile coaching and project management from recognized institutions. Additionally, Elmer has been actively teaching project management and agile courses at CIBERTEC.
