Larry Ito

Larry Ito is an experienced human resources executive with a proven track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at NEW-INDY CONTAINERBOARD LLC since 2019, Larry previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Services at Steadfast Companies, a prominent real estate investment and management firm. Prior experience includes Vice President of HR at Reyes Holdings/Harbor Distributing, where Larry led a successful campaign to decertify the Teamsters union, and Director of Human Resources at Zolo Technologies, overseeing global HR initiatives. Larry's career began at Montgomery Watson Harza, where responsibilities included providing HR leadership to multiple offices and supporting a start-up construction company. Larry holds a BS and MS in Occupational Health - Industrial Hygiene from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA in HR Management, Organizational Development, and Finance from the University of Southern California.
