Cassandra Malone

Cassandra Malone is an experienced environmental professional with a focus on water quality and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Environmental Program Lead at American Water since April 2023, Cassandra previously held various roles at New Jersey American Water, including Manager and Supervisor of Water Quality and Environmental Compliance, where responsibilities included supervising a laboratory team and maintaining laboratory certifications. Cassandra's earlier experience at Agra Environmental & Laboratory Services involved supervising laboratory and field technicians and ensuring compliance for public drinking water systems. Cassandra began a career in the education sector as an Inclusion Aide and Athletics Coach at Newton Public Schools, supporting middle school students with learning disabilities and coaching high school lacrosse. Cassandra earned a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Environmental Science with a Geology minor from Wilkes University.
