Ryan Johnson

Ryan Johnson has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Ryan was the Managing Director of Real Estate at New Jersey Community Capital starting in 2020, where they oversaw their affordable housing portfolio and was responsible for purchasing NPL's and running their residential brokerage and homeownership program. Prior to that, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at Madison International Realty, LLC from 2018 to 2020, where they managed a $2 billion retail portfolio in NYC. Ryan also served as the Director of Portfolio Management/Asset Management at Brixmor Property Group from 2016 to 2018, providing portfolio and asset management for 118 shopping centers totaling $3.3 billion in value. Before that, Ryan worked at MetLife as an Associate Director in acquisitions, asset management, and borrowings for commercial real estate from 2014 to 2016, where they acquired properties and led the debt placement process. Ryan began their career at Brick City Development Corporation in 2008 as a Senior Financial Analyst in real estate and small business lending and worked as an Analyst in commercial real estate at CIT from 2006 to 2008.
