Operations Administrator at New Jersey Innovation Institute

Frank Hoegah has a diverse work experience. Frank started their career in 2018 as a Front Desk Assistant at Essex County College's Humanities Department. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Campus Director of Residence Hall Association at Rutgers. In 2021, they worked as a College Fellow Intern at The Gem Project, Inc., where they focused on analyzing data and creating policy recommendations for effective change. Frank also gained experience as a Front Desk Assistant at New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they joined New Jersey Innovation Institute in 2021 as an Operations Administrator, where they collaborate with senior managers and analyzes business contracts to maximize productivity.

Frank Hoegah's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Administration from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, which was completed from 2018 to 2021.
