Adaeze Nwachuku

Adaeze Nwachuku is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Audit at BD, Adaeze leads a global team in developing audit strategies and risk management initiatives. Additionally, Adaeze holds a position as a Member at Chief and is an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at the New Jersey Institute of Technology's Martin Tuchman School of Management. Prior experience includes roles as Audit Director at Valley Bank, Vice President of Internal Audit at CIT Bank, and Principal/Consultant at North Highland. Earlier in the career, Adaeze worked with Ernst & Young LLP and Hoffmann-La Roche, where leadership roles included Head of U.S. Corporate Internal Audit. Adaeze earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA in Management from Rutgers Business School.
