David Ullman

David Ullman serves as a Professor of Practice at the Ying Wu College of Computing, Department of Informatics, and holds the position of Associate Provost for Information Services & Technology and Chief Information Officer at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since September 1988. Previously, Ullman was the Director of Quantitative Analysis at Seton Hall University, where responsibilities included developing and implementing university-wide planning models and providing decision support across various departments. Ullman has an extensive educational background, featuring a Ph.D. (ABD) in Management from Rutgers University - Newark, a Certificate of Completion from Columbia University's Executive Program in Leading and Managing People, a Master of Science in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
