Juan Gonzalez

Juan Gonzalez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a North East Customer Service Rep at K. Hovnanian Homes, where they established strong relationships with managers and provided timely and courteous responses to information requests. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Basement Systems, Inc. as an Operations Manager, where they reduced costs and spearheaded staff development meetings. In 2018, they joined the New Jersey Institute of Technology as the Construction Utilities Talent Network Director, working with employers in the construction and utilities industry sector to develop partnerships and address workforce shortage. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Director - Central Region at the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development.

Juan Gonzalez attended the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2012 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
