Rich Reich

Rich Reich is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at New Jersey Resources since September 2006, Rich has held multiple roles within the company, including Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP, focusing on corporate and securities law, and at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, specializing in corporate finance and capital markets. Rich holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Politics from New York University, with earlier education at Hunter College High School.
