Patrisha Gibson is an experienced actress and teaching artist with a diverse background in performance and education. Currently working with Dakoyenne Productions LLC since March 2020, Patrisha has portrayed the character Lizbeth Redwood in the production "Why Wait" and contributed to the film "After the Wait," both directed by Karen Stefano. With a role as a Disney Musical Afterschool Consultant at New Jersey Performing Arts Center since September 2015, Patrisha has trained educators in staging Disney Jr Musicals. Additionally, Patrisha served as a teaching artist at Discovery Charter School, instructing students in various dance styles and choreographing a Disney Musical. Past experience includes administrative roles and ushering at Jujamcyn Theatres during the run of "Kinky Boots," as well as performances in productions like "A Crime to Remember" and "Smokey Joe's Cafe." Patrisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Hofstra University and has further training from The Studio New York.
