Scott A. Kobler

Scott Kobler is a partner at McCarter & English, LLP, having joined the firm in 1982 and becoming a partner in 1989, with over 40 years of experience in healthcare transactions in New Jersey, particularly in mergers, acquisitions, and capital financings. In addition to legal practice, Scott holds various leadership roles, including chair and trustee at Public Media NJ, Inc., and board member of CMMB - Healthier Lives Worldwide and Integrity House. Scott has served on the boards of several cultural organizations, including the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and previously the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, and has held key positions within the New Jersey Network Foundation and Morris Museum. Scott holds a Doctor of Law degree from Boston University School of Law and an A.B. from Princeton University.
