Mark Weber is a Special Analyst for Education Policy at New Jersey Policy Perspective and has been a Music Teacher at WARREN TOWNSHIP SCHOOLS since 2005. Mark also serves as an Instructor of Public School Finance at Rutgers University, Graduate School of Education. Mark holds a PhD in Education Policy Analysis from Rutgers University, as well as an MA in Music Education from the University of Central Florida, an MM in Jazz Studies and Composition from Manhattan School of Music, and a BA in Music from Eastman School of Music.
