Jeffrey Procaccino is the current Intelligence & Criminal Enterprise Section Commander at New Jersey State Police. Jeffrey has been with the New Jersey State Police since November 1998 and has held various positions during their tenure, including Deputy Branch Commander of the Administration Branch. In this role, they oversaw strategic planning for the Administration Branch, which covers bureaus such as identification & information technology, accounting & revenue, budget & grants, Division human resources, personnel, compliance, & training. Jeffrey has extensive investigative experience, having worked on cases involving homicide, police-involved shootings, suspicious death, mass casualty, fugitive, cold case, sexual assault, organized crime, casino crime, bank robbery, property theft, home invasion, cyber & social media crimes, bank fraud, ID theft, forfeiture. Jeffrey has also created several corporate and community outreach programs.

Jeffrey Procaccino has a Master of Arts in Human Services Administration from Rider University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rider University, and an Executive Certification in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.

Jeffrey Procaccino reports to Patrick J. Callahan, Superintendent. They work with Scott M. Ebner - Administration Branch Commander, Matthew Lubertazzi - Office of Executive Protection Commander, and Mark Santiago - Division Human Resources Section Commander.
