Daniel McNamara, PE, currently serves as a Senior Construction Manager at NJ TRANSIT since January 2023. With over four decades of experience in civil engineering and construction management, previous roles include Resident Engineer for NJ Transit’s Meadowlands Maintenance Complex and Senior Supervising Construction Engineer for the MTACC Second Avenue Subway project at JCMS Inc. and Parsons Brinckerhoff, respectively. McNamara has extensive expertise in utility relocation, flood mitigation projects, and managing large-scale construction budgets, as well as overseeing complex civil design and maintenance operations across significant infrastructure projects in New Jersey and New York. McNamara earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and has a proven track record of successful project delivery and workforce management.
