Eduardo Blanco

Eduardo Blanco is a seasoned professional in program and project management with over 25 years of experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as the Director of Program Management at NJ TRANSIT since February 1998. Eduardo has successfully managed mid to large-scale transportation projects with budgets ranging from $6 million to $690 million, encompassing heavy rail, light rail, stations, and bus facilities. Prior roles at NJ TRANSIT include Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager in Capital Programs, as well as Principal Architect, where responsibilities included complete design and project management for various infrastructure enhancements. Additionally, Eduardo served as Design Project Manager for various projects, including historic restorations and new constructions, during tenure at New Jersey from February 1998 to October 2018. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, complemented by foundational studies at the New York Institute of Technology.
