Jean Larue

Jean LaRue is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and litigation, currently serving as Director of Contracts and Claims at NJ TRANSIT since September 2019. With a background as Senior Litigation Attorney at CNA Insurance specializing in professional liability, and as a Partner at Sih Esq., LLC handling corporate transactions and defense litigation, Jean has demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex agreements and managing significant legal claims. Prior legal roles include serving as Counsel at both the Law Offices of Roger Fidler and Schwartz, Simon, et. al, as well as In House Counsel at Global Scientech, where Jean oversaw legal and business matters related to international projects. An alumnus of Duke University School of Law with a JD and Lehigh University with a BS in Engineering, Jean possesses a unique blend of legal acumen and technical knowledge.
