Pamela S. is the Founder and Principal of The Offer Stage, a boutique firm that focuses on résumé writing, interview preparation, and recruitment support since 2017. Currently, Pamela serves as a Talent Acquisition Executive for a major public transit system, overseeing a team of 18 and championing compliance and diversity initiatives. Additional roles include Workshop Cohort Guide and Founding Advisory Board Member for Unveiled: Bridging The Gap to Sponsorship, Board Member for The Black Business Alliance, and former Head of Talent at Boston Consulting Group. Pamela’s extensive background in talent acquisition includes previous positions at Samsung Electronics, Villa Enterprises, Prudential Financial, Compass Group USA, and MetLife, contributing to diverse recruitment and management strategies throughout their career. Pamela holds an MS in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from New York Institute of Technology and a BA from Kean University.
