Xavier Johnson, AICP, is a Manager at NJ TRANSIT with experience in transportation planning and demand forecasting. Previously worked at VHB as a Transportation Planner on projects such as the NYCT Stairway and Escalator Congestion Study and the Move New Haven Transit Mobility Study Phase II. Holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Transportation Policy and Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
