Ashley Petty

Ashley Petty has extensive experience in educational operations and management, currently serving as Assistant Hiring Manager and Site Coordinator at New Jersey Tutoring Corps Inc since January 2023. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Democracy Prep Public Schools, where responsibilities involved establishing operational procedures and managing a school operations team from January 2019 to January 2022. Ashley has also held positions as School Operations Assistant for Newark Public Schools, Executive Assistant at Eagle Academy For Young Men of Newark, and Campus Operations Manager with Citizen Schools. Additionally, experience includes roles in youth development with the YMCA and as an AmeriCorps Member, focused on supporting at-risk students.
