Dr. Chris Sefcheck

Superintendent Of Schools at New Kensington-Arnold SD

Dr. Chris Sefcheck serves as the Superintendent of Schools for New Kensington-Arnold School District since July 2021, following a tenure as Superintendent at Beth Center School District from April 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as High School Principal and Curriculum Coordinator at West Jefferson Hills School District from July 2014 to April 2018, and Principal at Frazier High School from August 2011 to July 2014. Dr. Sefcheck has also contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Professor at California University of Pennsylvania, teaching Science Education courses for teaching certification. An experienced educator, Dr. Sefcheck began a teaching career at Clark County School District, where responsibilities included Advanced Placement Biology and Environmental Science. Dr. Sefcheck holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from PennWest California, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from PennWest California.
