Jenny Mirkin

Jenny Mirkin currently serves as the Senior Director of Alumni Impact & Strategic Partnerships at New Leaders Org, a position held since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Strategic Projects and Project Manager at The School District of Philadelphia from 2016 to 2020, Project Manager for the Chief Academic Officer at Cleveland Metropolitan School District from 2014 to 2017, and Project Coordinator for the School Turnaround Group at Mass Insight Education from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Jenny was a Teacher with Teach For America from 2010 to 2012 and previously worked as an Operations Coordinator for the Summer Training Institute with Teach For America in 2009. Jenny holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Boston University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies and Educational Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
