Nikita Gadson

Nikita Gadson, JD, serves as Senior Legal Counsel at New Leaders since December 2022, where responsibilities include providing legal advice, overseeing legal functions, and managing contracts. Concurrently, Nikita holds the position of Principal Counsel and Consultant at Ascension Solutions, Co., since November 2017, advising clients on corporate governance and compliance. Previous experience includes roles at TCS Education System, such as Director and Assistant General Counsel, and several compliance-focused positions, contributing to regulatory strategies and policy development. Nikita began a career in legal and regulatory affairs at the MCLE Board of the Supreme Court of Illinois. Nikita earned a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.S. in Music Business from Elmhurst University.
