Kharl Mena has over three decades of work experience in the business development and client services field. Kharl currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development and Client Services for New Leaf Service Contracts, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for offering extended warranty plans and providing unique coverage benefits for various categories of products. Prior to this, they served as the President of Mena Consulting Services, where they offered outsourced third-party services to the retail community.
Before that, Kharl worked at Asurion as the Senior Director of Client Services and Business Development, and at Warranty Corporation of America as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Client Services. Kharl also worked at Warrantech, where they held various positions including Vice President of New Business Development and Client Development, Vice President of Learning and Development, and Regional Training Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a District Sales Manager at The Wiz. Throughout their career, Kharl Mena has demonstrated expertise in improving profitability and market share for diverse organizations.
Kharl Mena completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from St. John's University between the years 1988 and 1992.
