Nikki Gao

Nikki (Yang) Gao is an experienced accounting professional with a solid background in finance and operations. Currently serving as an Accounting and Operation Intern at New Leaf Venture Partners since May 2015, responsibilities include reconciling banking activities with general ledger transactions and performing back-office reconciliations. Previously, Nikki gained invaluable experience as a Finance Intern at Net@Work, where involvement spanned multiple departments and included a client onboarding project and cost analysis presentation delivered to executive management. Additional internships at thebigword and KPMG provided further exposure to accounting and auditing practices. Nikki holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Baruch College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Bilingual Financial Management from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
