Kate Rath

Kate Rath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and fundraising across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at New Level Work since February 2018, Kate has previously held multiple leadership roles at The Office for Creative Research and BBOX Radio, where efforts included significant brand expansion and community engagement. Notably, Kate’s tenure also includes impactful roles at international organizations such as the International Planned Parenthood Federation, where over $2 million was raised for reproductive health projects. With a Master's degree from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC San Diego, Kate combines a strong educational background with a proven ability to foster collaboration and drive successful initiatives in diverse environments.
