Kelly Toponak

Kelly Toponak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kelly began their career as a Registered Nurse at Central Baptist Hospital in 2000 and later moved on to become an Emergency Department Nurse Manager at Saint Joseph Health System in 2002. In 2016, they transitioned to KentuckyOne Health, where they served as the Director of Breast Care until 2023. Kelly then joined CHI Saint Joseph Health, initially working as the Director of Women's and Children's Services/Breast Care and later transitioning to the role of Director of Operations. Kelly also held the position of Market Director of Emergency Services during their tenure at CHI Saint Joseph Health. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Emergency Medicine at Lexington Clinic.

Kelly Toponak earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Kentucky, studying from 1993 to 1998.
